komarevich.pro ("we", "us") operates komarevich.pro Ads Monitor (the "App"), an internal tool used by our agency employees to monitor and report on Google Ads accounts that we manage on behalf of our clients.
1. Data we access
With the authorization of the Google account owner, the App accesses:
- Google Ads data via the Google Ads API (scope:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords): account and campaign settings, budgets, account budget status, performance metrics (impressions, clicks, cost, conversions, conversion value), search terms, keywords, ads and their approval status. - Google Drive (scope:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file): only files created by the App itself (reports in Google Docs and Google Sheets). The App cannot see or access any other files in Google Drive.
We do not collect personal data of end users of advertised websites. Google Ads data is aggregated advertising performance data.
2. How we use the data
The data is used only to:
- generate performance reports and alerts for the managed advertising accounts;
- send these reports and alerts to our team's internal Telegram chat;
- analyze campaign performance (including with an AI model) to suggest optimizations;
- add negative keywords to campaigns, only after manual approval by an account manager.
3. Sharing
We do not sell, rent or share Google user data with third parties for advertising or any other purposes. Data is processed only by service providers necessary to operate the App: GitHub (running scheduled tasks), Cloudflare (receiving bot commands), Telegram (delivering reports to our internal chat) and Anthropic (AI analysis of campaign data). These providers process the data only on our behalf.
4. Storage and retention
Reports are stored in the Google Drive of the authorizing account and in our internal Telegram chat. Temporary files created during processing are deleted after each run. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted as secrets and are not shared.
5. Limited Use
The App's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
6. Revoking access
You can revoke the App's access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. On request we will delete any stored reports related to your account.
